About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Campaign Manager / Senior Campaign Manager to join the mediasmart business at Affle. The role involves managing end-to-end execution, optimization, and performance delivery of programmatic advertising campaigns across mobile, CTV, app, and multiscreen environments. The ideal candidate will combine strong programmatic platform knowledge with client servicing capabilities to ensure seamless campaign execution and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle including setup, trafficking, monitoring, optimization, and reporting of programmatic campaigns.
- Execute and optimize campaigns across DSP platforms while ensuring alignment with client KPIs and performance goals.
- Work closely with internal sales, account management, and client teams to translate campaign objectives into effective execution strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively recommend optimization strategies based on data insights.
- Handle campaign troubleshooting including delivery issues, tracking discrepancies, and performance challenges.
- Perform tag implementation, tracker validation, and quality assurance checks before campaign launch.
- Ensure compliance with brand safety, ad verification, and measurement standards.
- Prepare campaign reports, insights, and post-campaign analysis for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with publishers, SSP partners, and technical teams for deal activation and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with industry trends, programmatic innovations, and evolving AdTech ecosystem.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and deal types: Open Auction (OA), Private Marketplace (PMP), Programmatic Guaranteed (PG)
- Hands-on experience with: Trackers and tag implementation, Tag QA and troubleshooting, Brand safety and verification tools such as Integral Ad Science (IAS), MOAT Analytics, and DoubleVerify.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
- Experience in client servicing or stakeholder management roles within AdTech/Programmatic environments.
- Knowledge of advertising across Mobile, App, CTV, and Multiscreen platforms (preferred).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience for Campaign Manager; 6–9 years for Senior Campaign Manager roles.
- Experience working with mobile-first or performance-driven advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with attribution platforms and campaign measurement frameworks.
- Understanding of ad serving, tracking pixels, and programmatic workflows.
