Campaign Manager

We're looking for a highly reliable and execution-focused Campaign Manager to manage the operational backbone of marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on influencer and social content workflows. This role requires someone who can independently handle coordination, documentation, and execution while acting as a central point of contact across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own execution of influencer and social media campaigns from onboarding to completion
2. Act as the primary point of contact for creators and external partners
3. Manage end-to-end operational workflows including contracts, documentation, invoicing, and payment coordination with finance
4. Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure content goes live as planned
5. Maintain organized trackers for creators, campaigns, and budgets
6. Support content execution including assisting during shoots and coordinating production requirements
7. Proactively follow up and ensure closure across all ongoing workstreams

Requirements

1. 1–4 years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or similar roles
2. Proven track record of managing execution-heavy roles with high accountability
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
4. Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and drive tasks to completion
5. Comfortable working with creators and external stakeholders with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

1. Experience in influencer marketing or social media operations
2. Experience supporting content shoots or production coordination
