We are looking for a Campaign Lead to manage and execute large-scale influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can handle high-pressure situations, and has strong client management skills to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

1. Campaign Execution

• Lead end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns involving 300+ creators
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and brand alignment
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Handle client expectations, feedback, and escalations efficiently
• Present regular updates, reports, and performance insights

3. Team & Operations Management

• Manage cross-functional teams across tracking, communication, and content
• Drive daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination and execution

4. Creator Management

• Oversee onboarding, briefing, and communication with creators
• Ensure content quality, timelines, and campaign compliance

5. Reporting & Insights

• Track campaign performance and share actionable insights
• Optimize campaigns based on data and trends

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing / campaign management
• Strong client handling and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Must have a personal laptop

• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent project management abilities
