About the Role

We are looking for a *data-driven and performance-focused Campaign Manager* to lead paid marketing initiatives across *Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing campaigns that **drive measurable sales growth and deliver high ROI/ROAS*.

You will define marketplace campaign strategies, structure ad accounts, optimize performance through keyword analysis and bidding strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize sponsored ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) on *Amazon, and manage campaigns across Flipkart, Myntra, and other platforms.
  • Define campaign strategy, account structure, and budget allocation* aligned to business goals.
  • Continuously *monitor campaign performance*, optimize keywords, bids, and placements to improve ROAS and conversion rates.

Performance Optimization & Analysis

Conduct detailed keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing terms.

Utilize A/B testing, CPC optimization, and negative keyword management to improve campaign efficiency.

Track, report, and analyze KPIs including CTR, CVR, CPC, ACoS, TACoS, ROI, and ROAS.

Sales Growth & Strategy

  • Drive consistent sales growth across marketplaces through effective advertising and promotional planning.
  • Work closely with marketplace category teams to plan *seasonal offers, deals, and brand campaigns*.
  • Recommend data-backed strategies to improve product visibility and ranking.

Cross-Marketplace Exposure

Manage performance marketing campaigns for *Flipkart Ads and Myntra Ads Manager*.

Ensure campaign alignment with brand guidelines and marketplace requirements.

Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and advertising innovations.

Key Requirements

  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Amazon Ads campaigns.
  • Proven ability to *define campaign strategy and structure* for Amazon Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of CPC, bidding, keyword targeting, and ROI/ROAS-based optimization*.
  • Proficiency in using *Amazon Advertising Console, Brand Analytics, and other ad tools*.
  • Exposure to *Flipkart and Myntra campaign management* is required.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills; familiarity with analytics dashboards.
  • Experience with *Global Amazon markets* (preferred but not mandatory).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

3–6 years of experience in *performance marketing for e-commerce marketplaces*.

Amazon Ads certification or equivalent credentials will be an advantage.
