Job Title: Campaign Manager (DV360 & The Trade Desk)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2-4 years in Programmatic Advertising & Campaign Management

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager with expertise in DV360 and The Trade Desk (TTD) to execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of programmatic media buying, audience targeting, and campaign performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns in DV360 and TTD.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs.
  • Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance issues.
  • Generate reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and ad policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in DV360 and The Trade Desk.
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, DSPs, and real-time bidding (RTB).
  • Experience with PMPs, PGs, Open Auction, and direct deals.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CTV, OTT, and Video Advertising.
  • Familiarity with third-party ad verification tools (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify, etc.).
  • Knowledge of header bidding and yield optimization.
