We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join our tech team on a contract basis, the candidate will be responsible for planning and execution of paid digital campaigns, including identification of campaign insights and analytics, meeting performance marketing metrics, optimising conversion rates, maintaining and improving website content.
Responsibilities:
1. Design, plan, execute and monitor paid campaigns (e.g: Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with actionable recommendations as well as developing and executing A/B and multivariate testing strategies to improve key conversion metrics
2. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and budget planning for each campaign.
3. Set up and manage tracking tools, conversion pixels, and analytics dashboards.
4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
5. Maintain and update website content, ensuring it is user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with branding standards, adopting tools such as Adobe Experience Management for website performance and security optimization.
6. Conduct thorough analysis of website, identifying areas for improvement and conversion rate optimization based on user behaviour, preferences and pain points
7. Track and monitor existing pages for keyword ranking positions and collaborate with other stakeholders in optimizing content to increase organic search rankings
Job Requirements
· Min. 5 years of experience in performance marketing, business analytics, website optimisation
· At least 3 years of solid hands-on experience in performance marketing to manage and setup multiple Google Ads / Meta Ads accounts
· Strong understanding of PPC, retargeting, and funnel strategies.
· Strong knowledge of Web Analytic tools (Google Analytics) and tag management tool Google Tag Manager)
· Proven expertise in various Google Ads and Meta Ads Policies, suspension recovery of accounts and managing ad compliance.
· Knowledge and Experience with SEO is a plus
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong analytical skills and experience preferred.
· Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
· Proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Ability to work with tech team seamlessly and collaboratively
