Their community is of donors and fundraisers come from 130+ countries across the world and they have raised over INR 2300+ Crores for thousands of campaigns and projects across India over the last 13 years.Milaap is seeking highly motivated freshers with an inclination towards customer support and sales to join us as Campaign Associates.

Role: Campaign Associate (Sales Profile)

The Campaign Associate is the first point of contact for a campaign organiser running a fundraiser on the platform. This is a core sales role, where your ability to build trust, influence, and drive fundraising outcomes directly impacts revenue and campaign success.

It is a crucial role wherein your interaction with the campaign organiser will determine the experience they take away from the platform. Your customer centricity, persuasion skills, and sales mindset will drive success in this role, ensuring your campaign organiser is able to raise the funds they intend to for their cause.

You will learn from your users daily and collaborate with several cross-functional teams to turn those learnings into action items.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop an end-to-end fundraising strategy for campaign organizers (individuals / NGOs) with a strong focus on achieving fundraising targets
  • Engage and maintain regular communication with campaigners, motivate them, and drive them towards higher fundraising performance
  • Take ownership of revenue outcomes by influencing organizers to adopt best fundraising practices
  • Manage disbursal of funds coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth and timely transfers of funds for campaign organizers
  • Be the single point of contact for all queries that a campaign organiser might have during their fundraising journey
  • Conceptualize, draft, and review the content of campaigns running on the platform to maximize conversions
  • Work with cross-functional teams social media and finance to identify areas where the campaign organiser's experience can be improved
  • Pass on feedback and learnings from campaign organisers to the product and tech teams to keep them aware of customer insights

What We Are Looking For:

  • Must have completed a bachelor's degree in B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, or BA with any specialization
  • Freshers or those with prior internship experience in customer-centric or sales roles can apply
  • Strong inclination toward a sales-driven role with target ownership
  • Empathy for Strangers: You genuinely care about people and want to help them. You relate to someone who might be going through a difficult time and interact with them personally in unique cases
  • Power of Persuasion: Your ability to influence should help organizers overcome their fears and hesitancy around raising funds and seeking help
  • Excellent Communication: You can effectively engage with internal teams and campaigners. Over 50% of your time will be spent on telephonic/WhatsApp conversations engaging with organizers
  • Resourcefulness and Creative Thinking: You can come up with ideas to execute for any given situation irrespective of constraints
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills - You are super organized and can effectively prioritize multiple tasks during the day.
  • Multilingual - Ability to speak fluently in one regional language apart from English and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated skills and interest in one/more of the following is a strong plus:Creative design, video editing, advanced Excel or SQL.
  • Strong commitment to ethics, honesty, and integrity in conducting business.

Work timing 10.30 AM 7.30 PM (WFO)

Working Days 6 days (Alternative Saturdays are working)
