Job Description
The Campaign Analyst reports to the Senior Manager, and is responsible for overseeing the overall health, performance, and tracking integrity of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including programmatic, paid social, and paid search (PPC). This role plays a critical part in driving data-informed decisions, optimizing campaign outcomes, and ensuring alignment with client KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Ownership & Performance Monitoring Take full ownership of assigned accounts, ensuring strong performance and accurate tracking across all digital channels (Programmatic, Paid social, and PPC).
Performance Analysis & Strategic Recommendations Analyze campaign performance against key benchmarks, particularly Return on Ad Spend (ROAS):
Identify and recommend upsell opportunities for accounts exceeding a 3.5 ROAS threshold.
Develop strategic action plans to improve performance for accounts falling below the 2.3 ROAS benchmark.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Campaign Managers to implement optimization strategies and ensure campaign performance trends align with defined KPIs.
Campaign Quality Assurance Conduct thorough pre-launch and post-launch quality checks to ensure campaigns are set up correctly, minimizing errors and ensuring smooth execution.
Proactive Issue Identification Monitor campaigns for potential risks or performance blockers and proactively communicate findings to Campaign Managers and Account Managers for timely resolution.
Reporting & Strategic Insights
Prepare and deliver scheduled performance reports for assigned advertisers, highlighting prior month results, key wins, and clear, actionable recommendations to scale and improve campaign performance.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign analysis, or media buying support
Strong understanding of digital channels including programmatic, paid social, and PPC
Experience with performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion tracking
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic DSPs (e.g., Simpli.fi, The Trade Desk, MediaMath)
Familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, GA4)
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools

Reduction in campaign setup errors and post-launch issues
Timely identification and resolution of performance blockers
