Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Camp Coordinator - Optical Sales & Testing Executive. The role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating eye check-up camps in partnership with schools, communities, and other stakeholders. The Camp Coordinator will manage on-site operations, including patient registration, crowd management, and coordination with optometrists and other health professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct basic eye screening and vision testing
- Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses
- Explain lens types, coatings, and optical products
- Generate sales and achieve assigned targets
- Maintain customer records and prescriptions
- Coordinate with doctors and optometrists
- Ensure proper display and handling of products
- Follow up with customers for delivery and feedback
- Support camp operations and reporting activities
- Travel for field activities and camps
Required
- Basic knowledge of optical products and vision testing
- Sales and customer counselling skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in field activities and travel
- Diploma / Certification in Optometry or relevant field preferred
- Energetic and target-oriented
- Strong customer handling and communication skills
- Comfortable with field work and travelling
- Good coordination and reporting ability

- 0-3 years of experience
