We're looking for a Camera Person / DOP cum Video Editor to join our growing team.

At Old Hat Media, we work closely with top YouTube and Instagram creators, helping them with content strategy, production, editing, social media and overall creator growth.

This role is for someone who enjoys both shooting and editing. Most of the editing work can be done from home, while you will need to be available for selected shoot days in Delhi/NCR.

• Shoot content for YouTube videos, Reels, Shorts, Podcasts, Interviews and BTS
• Operate cameras and handle basic lighting and audio setups
• Travel for shoots across Delhi/NCR
• Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form content
• Create clean, engaging edits suited to each creator and platform
• Manage and organise footage, files and backups
• Work closely with our content and creative team
• Understand the creator's style and bring creative inputs to the content
• Deliver projects within timelines

• 1–3 years of experience in camera operation and video editing
• Strong understanding of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras
• Good knowledge of framing, composition, lighting and basic audio
• Experience editing YouTube videos, Reels and Shorts
• Good command of editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Understanding of social media content and current video trends
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable travelling for shoots within Delhi/NCR
• Must be based in Delhi
