Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Camera Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires on-site support at the customer&aposs location and involves a mix of hardware maintenance, software troubleshooting, and coordination with OEMs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of CCTV and surveillance camera systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to cameras and VMS (Video Management Software).
• Coordinate with Camera OEMs and VMS software providers to escalate and resolve technical issues.
• Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for software or configuration issues.
• Ensure all camera systems are operational and aligned with customer requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and service reports.
• Support installation, configuration, and testing of new surveillance equipment when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent on-site support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor&aposs degree in IT or related field.
• 12 years of hands-on experience in CCTV/Camera maintenance and VMS support.
• Familiarity with different camera brands and VMS platforms.
• Basic networking knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally.
