Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, standards-aligned Cambridge Lower Secondary Mathematics lessons to students aged 11–14, ensuring conceptual mastery and problem-solving fluency.
- Design and adapt lesson plans using Cambridge curriculum frameworks, integrating formative assessments, real-world applications, and differentiated learning strategies.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and student data to identify learning gaps and personalize instruction for diverse learner profiles.
- Collaborate with cross-curricular teams to embed mathematical reasoning across science, technology, and everyday contexts.
- Prepare students for Cambridge Checkpoint assessments through targeted revision, mock exams, and progress tracking dashboards.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, behavior, and intervention plans; communicate progress effectively with parents and academic leads.
Skills & Qualifications
