Tool path generation using UG Nx / MasterCAM / Hypermill software.

Selection of right cutting tools and Cutting parameters.

Create Setup sheet and Program sheet and Maintain its Latest revision level.

Manage revision level of all Engineering documents.

FA Prove-out on machine.

Adhering quality management system and continious improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Must have min 5 years experience in CAM Programming.

GD&T knowledge is must.

Drawing interpretation skills.

Experience in Turning and Milling (upto 3 axis strategy is must).

Experience in Machining of Aluminium and its alloys, Stainless steel and its alloys, Low alloy steel, Inconel and Titanium etc.

Experience in VMC, Turning center and VTL.

Experience in AS9100 Rev D documentation.

Knowledge on Siemens/Fanuc/ Heidenhain controller.
