Overview
Optoelectronics and Manufacturing Division : This segment designs, develops, and manufactures specialized electronic components and provides electronic manufacturing services. These components, including sensors and detectors, are used internally by the Security and Healthcare divisions as well as supplied to external original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in various industries including defense, aerospace, medical, and industrial.
Responsibilities
- Support all phases of the design and development of FPC and Rigid Flex.
- Utilize UCAMX CAD/CAM software and FPC and Rigid-Flex knowledge to support all phases of design,
- including material stack selection, inner layers, outer layers, layout, panelization, drill, rout, test, LDI,
- all other required FPC fabrication drawing and files.
- Review data from customers by CAM software and provide feedback.
- Modify customer supplied data files by CAM software before releasing to production floor
Qualifications
Bachelor degree/Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in CAM of printed circuit board (PCB), preferably flexible printed circuits
- Strong knowledge of the use of UCAMX / Valor Genesis software.
- Must be able to understand fabrication drawings and specifications in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of IPC design standards
- Able to communicate with program managers, engineers and customers
- Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
