Who should apply
We are not looking for general translators, freelancers, or content writers. We are looking for the top 1% of dance scholars and practitioners.
You should meet most or all of the following:
- Native fluency in Bengali (reading and writing)
- Strong command of English (for prompt interpretation and evaluation)
- Deep expertise in Indian dance traditions, including classical and folk forms, dance theory and aesthetics, choreography, pedagogy and lineage, dance history, contemporary practice, interdisciplinary perspectives, and documentation or preservation of dance heritage.
- PhD, MPhil, or Master's degree preferred, or extensive credible experience in the field will also be considered.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
Your Role
- Create advanced prompts in Bengali that challenge AI models
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, theoretical depth, and cultural authenticity
- Identify blind spots where AI oversimplifies embodied knowledge and performance traditions
- Collaborate with a global expert network shaping next-generation AI systems
