Who should apply

We are not looking for general translators, freelancers, or content writers. We are seeking the top 1% of professionals deeply grounded in India's political and governance ecosystem, with strong understanding of political discourse and public affairs in the Telugu context.

You should meet most or all of the following:

• Native fluency in Telugu (reading and writing)
• Strong command of English (for prompt interpretation and evaluation)
• Deep academic, professional, or research expertise in Indian politics and public affairs, such as:

- Politics and governance of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, including state-level policy debates and

administrative structures

- CentreState relations and regional political dynamics in the Deccan region

- Political history and social movements in Telugu-speaking regions within the Indian context

- Public policy issues relevant to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana such as welfare, development,

education, and governance

- Media, political journalism, and public discourse in Telugu ecosystems

• PhD, MPhil, or Master's degree preferred; credible, extensive professional experience (policy professionals, political analysts, journalists, think-tank researchers, former civil servants, etc.) will also be considered
• Demonstrated commitment to balanced, rigorous, and informed understanding of public life
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.

Your Role

• Design advanced, context-rich prompts in Telugu that challenge state-of-the-art AI models
• Evaluate model outputs for factual accuracy, neutrality, contextual depth, and sensitivity to India's political realities
• Identify blind spots where AI oversimplifies political systems, misrepresents governance structures, or misses regional nuance
• Contribute examples rooted in Indian public discourse, policy debates, media narratives, and civic life
• Collaborate with an international expert network shaping how AI understands politics, governance, and civic knowledge systems
