Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Call Centre Supervisor to manage and lead a UK sales team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Whitegoods Warranty, Boiler Warranty, and SOS Medical Fall Alarm Device Direct Debit sales. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on sales involvement, and the ability to train and support agents in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, and motivate a team of tele-sales agents
- Handle live and escalated calls to close sales when required
- Provide real-time, on-call training, coaching, and product knowledge support
- Ensure adherence to approved scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
- Monitor agent performance, conversion ratios, attendance, and productivity
- Conduct ongoing coaching sessions to improve call quality and closing skills
- Support onboarding and training of new agents
- Work closely with management to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
- Ensure Direct Debit sales compliance and minimize cancellations and chargebacks
- Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 24 years of experience in calling.
- Hands-on experience in UK Whitegoods Warranty, Boiler Warranty, and SOS Medical Fall Alarm campaigns
- Strong understanding of UK Direct Debit sales processes
- Excellent sales closing, objection handling, and coaching skills
- Ability to provide live call guidance and real-time feedback
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
