Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Calling role located in Preet Vihar. The responsibilities of this role include making outbound calls to customers, providing excellent support and services, and assisting them with their health and diagnostic requirements. The role involves consultative communication to address customer needs and promote company offerings while maintaining professionalism and sensitivity in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Customer service and relationship management skills
• Team collaboration and time management abilities
• Basic knowledge of healthcare services or products, with a willingness to learn
• Proficiency in using call management systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to handle confidential customer information professionally
• Prior experience in telemarketing, customer care, or sales is an added advantage
