Calling Associate- US Healthcare Data
We provide virtual business process services to various types of overseas clients and this position is to be part of the team which provides Healthcare Industry Data Collection and Research support to a US Based company that provides healthcare commercial intelligence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicating (outbound phone calls) directly with the healthcare providers to verify and confirm executive contacts and titles.
- Updating the C-Level executive data in the directories of a US-based healthcare data company
- Confirming over the phone to verify that the names and designations are spelt correctly.
- Entering all changes and new information into the databases in the specified format.
- Communicating regularly with team leader/management/team members regarding the status of projects and work assignments.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other applications
- Ability to consistently deliver high productivity while maintaining excellent quality standards.
- Open to candidates who have completed higher secondary education or hold a graduate degree in any stream, including both freshers and experienced professionals.
SKILLS
- Ability to handle conversations with U.S.-based healthcare facilities
- Handling International Outbound calls
- Active Listener and strong understanding of U.S accent
- Ability to work in both team and individual environments.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Should be willing to work in US Shift.
LOCATION: Hyderabad, India
TIMINGS: IST 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM
