We are seeking a dedicated and professional Caller to join our team in a full-time, on-site position based in Tirupati. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing support, and maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions. You will collaborate closely with the operations and management teams to ensure smooth communication and exceptional service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to resolve queries professionally.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or call center software.
• Ability to handle high volumes of calls and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate call records and documentation.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
• Diploma or equivalent education; additional training or certifications in customer service is a plus.
