Role Description The Caller role at Teleperformance is a full-time, on-site position based in Cuttack. The Caller will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information in line with client and company guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include recording call details, updating customer records, following standard operating procedures, and escalating issues when needed. The role also involves meeting established targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional and courteous tone. Collaboration with supervisors and team members to improve processes and performance is expected.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, clear articulation, and active listening abilities.
  • Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including data entry, use of CRM or call-handling software, and email communication.
  • Candidates should possess customer service skills, including problem-solving, patience, and the ability to manage difficult conversations professionally.
  • Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle call volumes and complete documentation accurately.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Cuttack, with flexibility for assigned shifts.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a higher education degree is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in call center, customer support, or telesales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable working with performance targets and feedback in a fast-paced environment.
