Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Stellanova Globaltech Pvt Ltd, located in Udaipur. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, gathering customer information, and addressing customer inquiries. Callers are also responsible for maintaining call logs and reporting on call activities. The candidate will work closely with the customer service team to ensure high-quality service delivery and effective communication with clients.
