Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site position for a Caller, based in Kolkata. The Caller will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing information about the company's services to potential and existing clients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, promoting relevant services, and effectively addressing customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
