This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller based in Patna. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound and answering inbound calls, maintaining call records, addressing customer inquiries, and communicating effectively with clients. Their responsibilities include scheduling appointments, providing information about services, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers and stakeholders.
