Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inquiries
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Provide product/service information and assist customers effectively
- Meet and exceed daily / weekly call and conversion targets
Required Skills- Strong communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati & Basic English
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM usage
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills
