Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Bengaluru. The Caller will contact potential and existing clients, explain services, answer questions, and collect key details about wedding requirements and preferences. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and inbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining call logs, and updating customer information in internal systems. The role also involves coordinating with the planning and decoration teams to schedule meetings, share client updates, and support smooth communication throughout the planning process. The Caller is expected to maintain a professional, polite tone, handle basic queries, and escalate complex requests to senior team members as needed.

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Basic data entry and record-keeping skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to follow call scripts and processes while adapting to client needs.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple calls and follow-ups.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced events/wedding environment; prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages used in Bengaluru is a plus.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or communication is beneficial.
