Vacancies: 3 Telecaller Positions

Responsibilities:

Make inbound and outbound calls to customers

Explain company services and answer customer queries

Fix appointments and make regular follow-up calls

Maintain customer records in CRM/software

prepare daily calling reports

Communicate with customers politely and professionally

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

Good communication skills in Hindi/Gujarati (Basic English acceptable)

Telecalling or customer service experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)

Confident, polite, and good at convincing customers

Basic computer knowledge

Salary: 10,000 to 20,000 (Salary + Incentive)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
