Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caller, based in Gandhinagar. The Caller will engage directly with clients to share information about solar solutions, coordinate appointments, handle customer inquiries, and build strong customer relationships. The position requires managing outbound and inbound calls, maintaining logs of customer interactions, and providing an excellent level of support to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
• Experience in customer service or telecalling is an asset
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer and CRM software tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of or interest in solar energy solutions is advantageous
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
