Job Description
Hiring: Caller – Remote
Auora Studios Pvt Ltd is looking for a confident and professional Caller to join our remote team in Pune.
What You'll Do- Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries
- Follow up with leads and existing clients
- Explain our digital marketing, website & technology services
- Maintain call records and client information
- Coordinate with the internal team when required
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Confident and polite on calls
- Basic computer & data-entry skills
- Good follow-up and organizational skills
- Telecalling/customer support experience is a plus
- Freshers can apply
Job Type: Full-time | Remote
Location: Pune
Experience: 0–1 year preferred
Salary: 15,000/- Incentives based on client / Deal.
