This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caller based in Mumbai. The Caller will engage in direct outbound and inbound phone communication, establish and maintain a positive relationship with clients, and provide accurate information about AlphaNeon Studioz's offerings. The role will involve generating leads, scheduling follow-ups, and solving client inquiries promptly through professional communication. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of customer interactions and contributing to process improvements to enhance customer experience.

• Proficiency in customer service and client communication, including handling inquiries with professionalism and clarity
• Strong ability to generate leads and schedule follow-ups to assist business objectives
• Organizational skills to maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions
• Effective problem-solving and time management skills
• Familiarity with OTT platforms or entertainment industry knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in spoken and written communication in English and regional languages preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; any additional qualifications in customer relations or communication is beneficial
