Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Centre Executive located in West Delhi. The Call Centre Executive will manage incoming and outgoing customer calls, provide excellent customer support and service, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain records of customer interactions. The role involves assisting customers with information about services, booking appointments, and promoting additional services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Exceptional Communication skills, including clear verbal articulation and active listening abilities.
- Knowledge of Contact Centers and experience with handling customer interactions effectively is preferred.
- Basic Sales skills to inform and promote relevant services to customers as part of the role.
- Ability to multitask, stay patient under pressure, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using call center software and CRM applications is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred.
