Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Call Centre Executive – Lead Conversion to join our team in Gurugram. This role focuses on following up with leads generated from our Meta ad campaigns for various services, including LASIK and cataract consultations. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential patients over the phone, explain the benefits of our services, schedule appointments, and guide them through the consultation process—ultimately converting inquiries into clinic visits and procedures where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with leads generated from digital campaigns.
• Clearly communicate the value of our eye care services, including LASIK and cataract treatments
• Schedule consultations and ensure follow-ups are timely and well-documented
• Address patient queries with empathy and professionalism
• Build trust and maintain positive relationships throughout the patient journey
• Coordinate with clinical and front desk teams to ensure a seamless experience
• Meet lead conversion and appointment booking targets

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in sales, telecalling, or customer service preferred
• Prior experience in a call centre or lead conversion role is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Knowledge of eye care, LASIK & Cataract is advantageous
• Fluency in Hindi and English is required; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
