Oversee lead generation from social media platforms and exhibitions, ensuring proper assignment to field executives and self-managed leads.
Record, track, and follow up on leads received from service engineers.
Manage dealership agreements and support weekly sales planning activities.
Prepare quotations for both personal sales and field executives requirements.
Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to engage prospects and close orders.
Communicate with customers via email and WhatsApp for Export and SBU 5 products.
Respond promptly to social media inquiries and comments to nurture potential leads.
Generate P1 leads for self and service engineers in regions without sales executives.
Independently close orders in regions without dedicated field executives.
Consistently meet monthly order booking and dispatch targets.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports comparing targets versus actual performance.
Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer support.
Regularly update lead status and sales performance in the CRM system.
Contribute to process improvements and customer engagement strategies.
Audit P1 leads for all executives to ensure data accuracy and lead quality.
Fluency in Hindi (mandatory).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Experience in call center sales or telesales is preferred.
Customer-focused attitude with strong follow-up skills.
