Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Center role based in Coimbatore, supporting customers in Telugu and Hindi. The Call Center Associate will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries about products and orders, and provide clear and courteous assistance. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving customer issues, recording and updating call details in the system, and escalating complex cases when needed. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and production to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. The Call Center Associate will be expected to meet service quality and response time standards while maintaining a positive and professional tone in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem solving.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including fluency in Telugu and Hindi; basic proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Experience working in Contact Centers or similar phone-based support environments is preferred.
  • Basic Computer Literacy, including ability to use CRM tools, email, and office applications.
  • Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore on a full-time schedule and collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
  • Prior experience in retail, apparel, or e-commerce is an added advantage.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or communication is a plus.
