Week Off: Sat/Sun (1 Week Off)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. As a Night Shift Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls from customers regarding product or service inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing timely solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Escalation: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level management or relevant departments as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure quality service during night hours.
- Adherence to KPIs: Meet and exceed individual performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and response times.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency call center systems
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift hours and handle late-night customer queries.
- Technical: Basic computer skills and experience with call center technology is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- This position requires working overnight hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, or similar).
- Shift schedules may vary based on business needs and are subject to change.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Occasional weekend shifts may be required.
