Job Title: Call Center Representative Night Shift

Location: Remote

Department: Customer Service

Reports To: Team Lead

Shift: Night Shift (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM)

Week Off: Sat/Sun (1 Week Off)

Working Days: 6 Days

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. As a Night Shift Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls from customers regarding product or service inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing timely solutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Escalation: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level management or relevant departments as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure quality service during night hours.
  • Adherence to KPIs: Meet and exceed individual performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and response times.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency call center systems
  • Availability: Must be available to work the night shift hours and handle late-night customer queries.
  • Technical: Basic computer skills and experience with call center technology is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • This position requires working overnight hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, or similar).
  • Shift schedules may vary based on business needs and are subject to change.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
  • Occasional weekend shifts may be required.
