We have a requirement for Call Center Executive for Isha Life. The work location will be Madampatti, Coimbatore. Please find below the details:
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer queries and concerns through emails and ticketing systems.
- Manage customer support tickets and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, product information, delivery status, returns, refunds, exchanges, and payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in CRM/ticketing tools.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their concerns.
- Adhere to quality standards, customer service guidelines, and process requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies
;- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Contact Center operations
.- Hands-on experience handling inbound and outbound calls
.- Experience working with ticketing systems and email support
.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
.- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/customer support tools
