Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mehsana for a Call Center Operations Manager. The Call Center Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and optimizing workforce management. Key responsibilities include leading and supervising the contact center team, analyzing performance metrics, handling escalation processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational objectives and standards.
