Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Manager - Sales Operations at Lemonpeak in Chennai. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and team performance of our call center. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and coaching a team of sales representatives, driving sales strategy, analyzing call center metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in call center management or sales operations
  • In-depth knowledge of call center operations, sales processes, and performance metrics
  • Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and call center management tools
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and implementing sales initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
