We are looking for a Call Center Executive with customer support or call center experience to handle client communications and provide ERP software support.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound client calls.
Assist customers with ERP-related queries.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
1–3 years of call center/customer support experience.
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Good computer knowledge and customer-handling skills.
Ability to learn ERP software quickly
