Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Thiruvananthapuram for a Call Center Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support to ensure customer satisfaction. The representative will communicate with clients to foster positive experiences, address concerns, and maintain records of customer interactions. Timely and effective communication will be essential in this role to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Customer Support and working as a Customer Service Representative
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and empathetically
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
- Prior experience in the healthcare or home health care sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are an advantage
