Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Call Center Customer Service Representative based in Hyderabad. The role involves addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, providing solutions in a timely manner, and improving the customer experience by delivering professional and empathetic support. Collaborating with the team to meet service goals and ensuring a seamless customer journey are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in managing Customer Experience and providing solutions for improved customer interaction
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain patient, professional, and courteous with customers in high-pressure situations
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding customer service goals
• Familiarity with CRM software and call center operations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or related field
