Job Description

Job Title: Calibration Engineer Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Calibration Engineer Trainer to deliver training programs focused on calibration and qualification of critical instruments. The trainer will design, develop, and conduct practical and theoretical sessions on calibration techniques, documentation practices, and compliance standards across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training on calibration of laboratory and process instruments, including temperature, pressure, flow meters, balances, HPLC/GC systems.
  • Guide preventive maintenance practices to ensure instrument reliability and performance.
  • Train participants on the proper use and handling of reference standards during calibration activities.
  • Ensure understanding and application of cGMP, ISO, and regulatory documentation requirements for calibration and maintenance records.
  • Develop modules on corrective action planning, deviation handling, and troubleshooting in calibration processes.
  • Conduct hands-on workshops, simulations, and assessments for real-world application.
  • Customize training programs to meet industry-specific requirements in medical devices, pharma, biotech, and automotive sectors.
  • Keep training content updated with the latest standards, guidelines, and calibration technologies.

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • Calibration of instruments: temperature, pressure, flow, balances, HPLC/GC.
  • Preventive maintenance planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in reference standards and traceability.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, ISO 17025, and related compliance documentation.
  • Corrective and preventive action (CAPA) planning for calibration-related deviations.
  • Industry experience in medical devices, pharma, biotech, and automotive calibration practices.
  • Excellent communication, training, and mentoring skills.
