Requirement:
- Diploma/ B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Metrology) with min. 3 - 5 years of experience.
- Must have Certified 17025 internal auditor.
- Knowledge of Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Uncertainty calculation
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calibration activities for IMTEs used in manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and NABL requirements.
- Perform calibration of Mechanical, Electrical, Thermal, and Dimensional measuring instruments.
- Maintain measurement traceability and calibration records.
- Control calibration procedures, work instructions, and certificate archives.
- Conduct uncertainty calculations, MSA, and impact analysis of affected instruments.
- Support internal, customer, and certification audits.
- Implement and manage calibration software.
- Analyze calibration trends and equipment failure rates.
Salary Budget: INR 5.00 to 7.00 lacs/ annum
