Promote effective technical solutions in collaboration with Application and Function Design teams.
Ensure compliance of the calibration process workflow with company standards.
Promote the use of statistical analysis and big data management to validate strategy performance and diagnostic robustness.
Serve as the primary technical interface with the customer for all calibration-related topics.
Provide on-site customer support for calibration development activities when required.
Confirm the calibration process with the vehicle manufacturer through label review.
Coordinate activities on test development vehicles assigned to each project.
Participate in calibration design reviews and risk analyses with internal teams and customers.
Analyze and resolve vehicle fleet and market concerns related to calibration and drivability performance.
