Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for a Cafeteria Chef. As a Cafeteria Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for the cafeteria at Vikram Vintage Inn in Nainital. The successful candidate will have experience with a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines and is a skilled collaborator, communicator, and problem solver.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of minimum of 1 years as a Chef in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Awareness of health and safety rules in a kitchen
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prepare large quantities of food quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Certification in culinary arts or similar field is a plus
