Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cafe Supervisor located in Mumbai. The Cafe Supervisor will oversee daily cafe operations, manage staff schedules, maintain inventory, and ensure excellent service quality. Responsibilities include supervising food preparation, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, handling customer inquiries, and fostering a welcoming environment for guests. The role also includes maintaining staff training and motivation while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and inventory management
• Experience in supervising food and beverage operations
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational challenges efficiently
• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
• Familiarity with basic accounting and staff scheduling
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
