We are in various locations within North Goa including the Goa International Airport.

Role Description

The Cafe - Shift Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the cafe. Responsibilities include supervising staff, handle cafe floor operations, managing shifts, maintaining customer service, and ensuring food and beverage quality. Additional duties involve coordinating team schedules, addressing customer feedback, and upholding cleanliness and health standards in the cafe. This is a full-time, on-site position located in any of our outlets in North Goa.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to create positive guest experiences and lead an effective team
• Knowledge and experience within Food & Beverage and Food Service to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met
• Basic Sales skills to promote innovative menu options and drive revenue
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Experience in team management or related roles is a plus
• A flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays
