Role Description

This full time role is for a Café Manager at Courtside's on-site location in Raipur. The Café Manager will oversee daily operations of the café, ensure high-quality food and beverage service, and manage the team to provide an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with suppliers, and creating an inviting ambiance that aligns with the Courtside experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and effective Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service management
• Basic knowledge and skills related to Sales and upselling processes
• Strong organizational, leadership, and time management capabilities
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur and commit to an internship role
• An enthusiastic and proactive approach to creating a positive and welcoming environment
• Previous experience in retail or food service management is a plus
