Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cafe Manager based in Bengaluru. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure the highest standard of customer service, and maintain the quality and presentation of food and beverages. Responsibilities include managing the staff, handling customer interactions, organizing inventory and supplies, and meeting sales targets. The Manager will foster a positive work environment, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and drive operational efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure outstanding guest experiences and effective team management.
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
- Skills in Sales and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and leadership.
- Proven team management and organizational abilities
- A passion for coffee and creating a vibrant caf culture is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry, is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as required.
