We are seeking for an experienced Powertrain Senior modeler with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in FE modeling and meshing, specifically within the powertrain domain.
Good proficiency in FE pre-processing software (e.g., ANSA, HyperMesh, SimLab).
Demonstrated expertise in generating high-quality Tetra, Hex, and 2D meshes for complex geometries such as (Engine Block, Head, Cam cover, Frontcvr, Oilpan, Driveshafts, Axles etc.) , with a strong understanding of their applications and limitations.
Build and maintain component and assembly-level material models for steels, aluminum, cast iron, composites, and elastomers (mounts, seals).
Ensure model quality: geometry cleanup and defeaturing, thickness mapping, property assignment, contact setup, mass and stiffness checks, free-free modal checks, and solver deck QA.
